Who We Are

Nikole is a student at The Culinary Institute of America studying baking and pastry. She is working to earn her bachelor's in Food Business Management with a concentration in Baking and Pastry Arts. Nikole has a passion for chocolate, plated desserts, and working front of house. 

Nikole has experience working in restaurants and bakeries where she focused on honing her plating skills. She has also completed an externship at Stein Eriksen lodge in Park City, Utah.





    Tennie is a proud Baking and Pastry student, working on completing her Bachelors in Food Business Management.  During her time at the CIA, she has discovered a love for working with chocolate and designing confections, which she was able to put into practice over the course of this class. She is excited to share this project and to put the techniques learned in class into practice.
